Participation and Engagement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity at a crucial moment in the life of the Marie Collins Foundation, which offers the successful applicant an opportunity to help influence the reach of the organisation. At MCF we have worked with many victims and survivors who, because of poor practice and lack of proper support, have been retraumatised and have been unable to begin or advance their recovery journey. For us, the solution is to listen to the voice of lived experience, in a way that does no further harm. This will improve the current system to both prevent technology-assisted child sexual abuse happening in the first place and support the recovery of victims and survivors.

We are leading the way both nationally and internationally when it comes to responding to technology-assisted child sexual abuse. We have a dedicated team of experienced professionals and relatively new and active Lived Experience Group (LEG) which brings the voices of victims and survivors to may projects and campaigns. To achieve our vision, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with lived experience of Technology-Assisted Child Sexual Abuse to support the development and delivery of MCF’s LEG with communications and engagement activities to support our mission and strategy.
